I recently got a new PC built at a local store, and they demonstrated it working perfectly before I took it home. However, once I set it up at home, it starts to power up—showing some RGB lights—but then transitions to a flat blue screen. My monitor only shows input when I connect via HDMI to the motherboard, but I can occasionally get to the desktop before it freezes, crashes, and starts boot cycling. When I brought it back to the store, it worked without any problems. I've already tried different wall outlets and both the new and my old power cables, but I'm still experiencing the same endless restart issue. What could be causing this? It feels like it might be a power-related problem, although I never had issues with my previous computer during multiple moves.

Check if the graphics card is seated properly. It's possible it got a bit loose during transport back home from the store. That's a common culprit for issues like this.
Have you tried plugging it into different power outlets around your house? If you have an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), that might help too. It could be worth testing the setup in another room just to rule out any outlet issues.
Have you tried booting your PC without the GPU? Sometimes they can come loose during transit, and if your home’s wiring isn’t great, it might be causing problems as well. If you can, try plugging it into a different outlet, like one in the kitchen, to see if that helps.
