Hey everyone, I'm really struggling here. I recently upgraded my PC after about five years and things have been a total nightmare since then. I've replaced just about everything except for the GPU and the case, and now my computer keeps crashing. I get GPU crash dump errors and exception access violations while playing Oblivion, which crashes every 10-20 minutes. Sometimes the crashes are so bad that they force a restart of my PC. I took it to Microcenter because I had a BIOS issue where I selected the wrong option, and it wouldn't boot. I still have the Oblivion issue, but I'm also encountering crashes while playing CS2. I even crashed out of my premier game five times! I took it back to Microcenter, but they say everything passed their diagnostic checks, stress tests, and stability tests. I'm feeling extremely frustrated because I can't figure out what's wrong. I've checked for updates on Windows, GPU drivers, and all the drivers associated with my Gigabyte app. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Here's my build:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700x
GPU: ASUS Dual Evo OC Radeon 5700xt
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2x16)
PSU: Corsair CX750M 750W 80+ Bronze
MOBO: Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 AM5

Did Microcenter run a memtest86 on your memory? Some lesser diagnostics might pass while memtest could reveal issues. Also, trying a different outlet or circuit could help if the power supply is getting dirty electricity. Was it a fresh OS install after the upgrade?
Make sure they actually tested with memtest86—it's super thorough compared to standard tests.
Yes, I did a fresh Windows install after the first trip to the store.
