My New Pre-Built PC Won’t Turn On—What Do I Do?

I just got a new pre-built PC, and I'm having trouble getting it to turn on. The power supply seems to be working since it's on, but pressing the power button doesn't do anything. I'm not really a PC expert, so I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting.

Honestly, just hang tight and wait till they open. It's best to call them for help rather than troubleshooting too much on your own.

I'm really anxious about buying from eBay, though. I just hope it doesn't become a nightmare!

You should definitely contact the seller directly. If they can't help, you can start the process to get a refund on eBay.

It might be a good idea to reach out to the manufacturer's tech support, especially if it's new. If they can't assist you, consider sending it back for a replacement.

There's also that PCIe connector; just make sure it's plugged into the PSU if it needs to be. That could be the issue.

First, make sure there's a power switch on the back of the PSU. Try flipping that and then hit the power button again! Also, check where you bought it—what's their return or warranty policy?

I bought it on eBay, and I think they have buyer protection, but I can't reach them since they're closed right now.
