I just got a new Samsung 870 Evo 2TB SSD and plugged it into my PC, but it's not showing up in Windows. I checked the BIOS and it says it's enabled, so I think I'm missing a step. Could it be that the SSD is faulty?

Have you tried initializing the SSD in Disk Management? Sometimes, new drives need to be formatted or set up before they show up in Windows. Just right-click on it and select 'Initialize Disk.' After that, you can set it as GPT if you're using it as a primary drive.
I did initialize it and set it as GPT, but it still doesn’t show up in Disk Management.
