I just got my first PC from a seller on Facebook Marketplace, and I'm really excited to set it up. However, I'm having a huge issue: it won't connect to my home Wi-Fi at all. I've tried a bunch of things, like resetting the network settings, updating drivers, and even plugging in an Ethernet cable directly to my Wi-Fi repeater, but nothing seems to work. I'm at a loss and would really appreciate any suggestions!

Have you tried using the Windows troubleshooter? It can usually fix about 98% of connectivity issues pretty easily.
If it's still new to you, consider reinstalling Windows. It sounds like it might be more effective than spending time figuring out the root cause. If that's not an option, you could use another computer to download the necessary drivers and transfer them via a USB stick to your new PC.
I’m not sure how to do that. Could you walk me through the steps or point me to a video?
