Hey everyone! I'm really frustrated with my Windows PC because it hasn't been showing any Wi-Fi options for the past few weeks. I've tried troubleshooting, and it claims my Ethernet cable isn't working. The catch is, I've never even owned an Ethernet cable! I checked the network connections panel, and my Wi-Fi adapter has completely disappeared. I'm gonna attach a picture of what my control panel looks like in the comments. I've also tried following some videos to reinstall drivers, but nothing seems to be working. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it! I have no idea what caused this problem, lol.

What Wi-Fi card are you using? It sounds like you might have the wrong drivers installed, or your card could have failed. Also, is your Bluetooth working at all? By the way, you might want to think about upgrading to Windows 11 since Windows 10 will be losing support soon. If you don’t upgrade, you could be at risk for security issues. If your PC can’t handle Windows 11, you could also consider other options like Windows 10 LTSC or even Linux Mint.
I haven't installed any drivers myself, so I'm unsure where I went wrong. The WLAN card shows up as working fine, but I don't really have Bluetooth capability. Also, my hotspot isn't showing up either. Can I update to Windows 11 without an internet connection? Sorry, I'm kinda clueless about this stuff haha!
