My PC Crashes While Gaming—Help Please!

I'm at my wit's end with my PC. Every time I play games like Rocket League or Escape from Tarkov, my screen suddenly goes black after just one to five minutes. The fans are going wild, but I can still hear my friends talking on Discord, which sometimes lags and then goes normal again. I had a technician check it out, and they said the hardware seems fine, so I even reinstalled Windows, but that didn't help either. I've run all the benchmarks, and nothing apparent shows up. I'm really stressed and about to break down—any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If stress tests didn’t cause a crash, that’s a good sign, but there could still be thermal issues. Try monitoring your temperatures while gaming to see if anything's getting too hot. Software like MSI Afterburner can help with that. Also, make sure your GPU drivers are up to date—it can make a difference. Don’t lose hope; we’ll figure this out!

It sounds like your PC might be overheating, which is common during demanding games. Is it a laptop or a tower PC? You might want to check the airflow and make sure all the fans are working properly. Also, try checking the Event Viewer for any critical errors around the time of the crashes. You can do this by typing 'Event Viewer' in the Start menu, running it as an administrator, and then navigating to the 'System' or 'Applications' section to look for any notable errors or warnings.
