I'm facing a frustrating issue with my PC where it randomly freezes during use, whether I'm gaming or just browsing. Sometimes the screen gets stuck and I hear a buzzing sound through my headset, while other times it goes black and restarts on its own. This has been persistent, and I've tried various troubleshooting steps: I reset the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery (which worked for a week), updated the BIOS to the latest version, tested my RAM sticks individually, swapped my GPU with my brother's but saw no change, fresh installed Windows 10 after previously being on Windows 11, and monitored temperatures which are all normal. My setup includes an Intel i5-13600KF, an ASUS PRIME B760M-K motherboard, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, an MSI Gold 750W PSU, and an RTX 3060 Ti. At this point, I'm at a loss and would really appreciate any insights or solutions from anyone who's faced a similar problem!

It sounds like you've already done quite a bit of troubleshooting! One thing you could try is checking the temperatures again during those freezes, just to be sure. Also, using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to clean out NVIDIA drivers and reinstalling them could help. Have you also considered disabling XMP in the BIOS? Sometimes that can lead to instability. A fresh install of Windows might help too, but you seem to have done that already. Good luck!
I faced a similar situation, and turning off Fast Boot in the BIOS resolved my issues! Sometimes RAM training can cause freezes. It's worth a shot if you haven't tried it yet!
I just disabled that setting, so fingers crossed it helps!

I tried a similar approach, and rolling back to Windows 10 helped a bit, but the freezes still happened for me.
