I've been experiencing issues with my PC freezing just 2 to 5 minutes after starting up, right after I did a fresh install of Windows. The hardware is only 2 years old, and it was running perfectly fine before the installation. I've tried multiple versions of Windows and different graphics drivers, and even switched browsers, but the problem persists. Interestingly, I can run Apex Legends on Steam for over 30 minutes without any issues, as long as all other applications are closed. Additionally, there are some strange stripes appearing in the lower half of my screen that linger when I move windows over them, and they're also visible along the taskbar. My setup includes a CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X, motherboard: ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4, and GPU: AMD RX 6400.

It sounds like a frustrating situation! Can you share more details about what happens when your PC crashes? Does it go to a black screen or freeze up completely?
Also, I've noticed that the freeze seems to happen with the browser open, but I think it might still crash when there's no browser running too, but I can't be certain.
When it crashes, it goes black like I've hit the reset button, or it actually freezes up and I have to reset the PC manually. I've had it freeze on me 5 times and experienced a black screen once just while typing out these issues.
