Whenever I play Rainbow Six Siege, my PC tends to freeze and the monitors turn black after about 2-3 rounds, though it can happen either faster or slower. It's not just this game either; I've experienced similar issues with a few others. I'm really at my wit's end trying to figure out what's going wrong. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a solution?

You should definitely check if your CPU or GPU are running too hot, especially when you're gaming. Using monitoring software can give you a clearer picture of their temperatures. If it only happens under heavy load, overheating is a likely culprit.
Have you tried updating your GPU drivers? That might help. If it keeps happening, reboot your system and close any applications running in the background, including those in the system tray. You could also check the Task Manager's performance tab to see if your system is running low on memory or experiencing other issues.
It's possible that your PC is overheating, especially the CPU. When it crashes, does it just freeze, or does it restart or shut down? Also, does this issue occur with other games, or only with Rainbow Six Siege?
It freezes and then the monitors go black. I've seen it happen in a couple of other games too.
