My PC is struggling with WiFi after moving – any tips?

I recently moved to a new place, and my basic Cyber Power PC, which has worked great for the past two years, is now having WiFi issues. While all my other devices connect just fine and get full speed, my PC seems to be stuck on a single bar of signal and is super slow. It's not positioned any farther from the router than it was previously. Is there something I might be missing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Try moving your PC closer to the router temporarily. This will help you see if the connection improves. Sometimes walls or other stuff can cause interference, so testing the distance is a good step.

There’s a chance that your new router could be less effective, or it might be set to a congested channel. Is this the same router you used before, or did you get a new one with your roommates?

Nope, it's a whole new setup, and I just moved in with my roommate yesterday.
