My PC is Stuck in a Boot Loop and Won’t Start Safe Mode

I shut down my PC after gaming last night, but when I tried to boot it up this morning, it only shows the HP Omen logo and seems stuck there—no spinning wheel like usual. I waited for 15 minutes, hoping it would resolve, but no luck. When I try to restart and boot into safe mode by pressing F8, I briefly see the BIOS text, but then it goes black. Is my PC done for, or is there a way to fix this?

It sounds like you might not be able to get into recovery mode, but you can check if you can access your BIOS. If you can, download the Windows 11 installation media from Microsoft and create a bootable USB recovery drive. Then, go into BIOS and change the boot order to start from USB. This should let you access the Windows recovery screen where you can try to boot into safe mode or run a startup repair.

To get into BIOS, restart your PC and keep hitting the designated BIOS key (like F2 or DEL) once you power it up. It'll take you to the BIOS settings where you can check the boot settings.
