My PC Keeps Crashing During Games—Help!

I've been dealing with this annoying issue for a few months, and it's getting worse. My PC hard crashes and reboots, but only when I'm playing games—everything just goes black and then restarts. Thankfully, I haven't lost any data, and everything seems fine afterward... until it crashes again, which is happening every 30 minutes now.

I've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already:

- Checked Event Viewer, but found nothing interesting.
- Ran system file checks with sfc and dism, but that didn't help.
- Monitored CPU and GPU temps while gaming; everything's normal.
- Stress tested the CPU using Prime95 and the GPU with FurMark, both ran for 10 minutes without any issues.
- Tried Memtest86, and there were no problems detected.
- Even ran both Prime95 and FurMark simultaneously to check my cooling system and power supply—no crashes and temperatures are fine.

I'm really stuck and unsure of my next steps. Could I need to reinstall Windows, or might it be more serious like needing a new motherboard? That's something I can't really afford right now.

Here are my specs for reference:
- Ryzen 7 5700X3D
- MSI B450I Gaming Plus AC motherboard
- G.Skill Ripjaws V 3600MHz CL16 RAM
- RX 7900 XTX GPU
- Be Quiet Straight Power 12 1000W PSU

Have you tried running some GPU-specific benchmarks like FurMark or 3DMark? Those tests could help pinpoint if your GPU is causing the crashes. From what you've shared, it sounds like you might have ruled out the CPU already. If you do test your GPU and it crashes, make sure to check the power connectors to the GPU—reseating them could make a difference.

I had a similar issue where my PC would crash randomly. It turned out to be a failing SSD, even though tools like CrystalDiskInfo said it was fine. I was able to game for hours without crashes but faced issues when using certain apps. You might want to check your SSD to see if it's causing problems behind the scenes.
