My PC Keeps Crashing While Gaming – Help!

I've been encountering a frustrating issue with my PC where it randomly shuts down and restarts while I'm gaming. It black screens both of my monitors and shows a "not connected to anything" message before it reboots. I've made sure to update all my drivers and checked that everything is cool enough, plus I preload shaders before matches. I'm really at a standstill and hope to avoid replacing my GPU. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? Here's my build, running on Windows 11:

* MSI Z390 Carbon Pro MoBo
* i9-9900k CPU
* EVGA FTW3 RTX 2080 Super GPU
* G.Skill Trident Z Neo 64GB 3600Mhz
* Corsair H150i Liquid Cooler
* Six Corsair LL120mm Fans (Push/Pull)
* Three Corsair LL140mm Fans (Exhaust Top and Back)
* Corsair Commander Pro
* Corsair Lighting Node
* Corsair Fan Hub (x2)
* Corsair RM850x PSU
* Sleeved White and Black 24 pin and GPU Cables with combs

Is this a new problem for you? I wonder how long you've been facing it? If it just started recently, it might be worth checking if you’ve changed anything in your setup that could be affecting performance. Sometimes updating drivers can help, but it can also introduce new issues if they're incompatible since your GPU is on quite a high performance level with that setup.

Yeah, it was fine for a while but started being troublesome lately. I thought the driver updates would fix it, but now it's happened like four times in a row while playing different matches. Super annoying!
