My PC suddenly stopped booting up properly. It either restarts after showing the motherboard logo or gets stuck on the Windows boot screen. I've checked the SSD and it works fine on other systems. I've also reseated the RAM and attempted to reinstall Windows, but it keeps rebooting before I can finish. Does anyone have ideas on what might be causing this issue?

It sounds like a power supply issue. I had a similar experience with my gaming PC where it was getting worse each time I attempted to boot it. After some troubleshooting, I found out my PSU was too old and couldn't supply enough power after the Windows logo. You might want to check if that's the case for you too.
You should try getting a new power supply. If it's been a while since you replaced it, that could definitely be the problem. I don't think the motherboard is dead, especially if it’s only a year old.
Are you trying to reinstall Windows from a USB drive? Sometimes if you're going through a reset or refresh option, it can get stuck. Make sure you're doing a clean install from the USB, and see if it will get past the loading screen that way.
Have you tried booting with just one stick of RAM at a time? Sometimes faulty RAM can cause booting issues.
