My PC Keeps Shutting Down After Crashing – Need Help

I recently faced a problem with my PC crashing after a Windows failure, and now it won't even get to the login screen properly. After a few attempts, I did a CMOS reset and removed some components like a second SSD, GPU, and a RAM stick, which allowed the PC to power on. I then put the RAM and SSD back in, and it did boot into Windows. However, while I was using the desktop, it shut down again and now it powers on for just a few seconds before turning off. I checked the temperatures in the BIOS, and it shut down after idling at 64 degrees, which seems strange since all sensors are reading the same. I'm also wondering if there's a problem with the PSU. My setup includes: MSI B650p WiFi motherboard, Corsair RM1000x PSU, Thermalright Frozen Notte 360 AIO cooler, and a Radeon RX7900XTX GPU (currently not plugged in). Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you tried plugging your PC into a different outlet or even a different house? Sometimes inconsistent power can cause shutdowns like this, so a UPS might help protect against brownouts too.

I’ll give that a shot! But it's weird because it's been running without issues for two years until this morning.

Just checking, are you on Windows 10 or 11? That might help in diagnosing if any updates or known issues could be causing this.

I'm running Windows 11.
