I recently got a new PC from a friend of a friend, and after setting everything up at home, I'm facing a frustrating issue: there's no display! My monitor simply shows 'HDMI 2 No Signal.' I know it's not my monitor because it works fine with my old PC and my PS5. I also tried using a DisplayPort cable, but that didn't help either. I noticed that my PSU makes a clicking sound and turns off briefly before coming back on. Plus, all the fans are spinning, but there's no RGB lighting at all. I'm not sure if the problem is due to installing new RAM, or if there's an issue with the motherboard or GPU. I just hope I didn't get scammed. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Have you tried connecting your monitor directly to the motherboard instead of using the GPU? This can help you figure out if the GPU is the problem. If your CPU has integrated graphics, you might get a display that way.
Would that even show a display? I'm unsure if I have integrated graphics.
