My PC went crazy after a drive scan—should I be worried?

Hey everyone, I just had a weird experience with my PC. A few minutes ago, Windows prompted me to scan my drive for errors. I did the scan, but after I restarted my computer, it started acting up—opening random programs and displaying various error messages. I unplugged it and booted up again, and everything seems fine now, but I'm really anxious about what happened. I'm currently running a malware scan, but I don't think I have a virus as I've only downloaded Steam, League of Legends, Epic Games, Discord, and Spotify, always being cautious about shady downloads. Should I be worried about this issue? What might have caused it? Any advice on what actions I should take next?

If you're worried about malware, it's smart to check that out first! If you haven’t already, try downloading Crystal Disk Info to check the health of your drives. It’ll give you a better idea if there's an underlying hardware issue. Just share a screenshot of the results, and we can go from there!

I ran Crystal Disk Info and here's the screenshot: [link to screenshot]. Everything looks fine, right?

Yep, that looks good! No issues with your drives, but it's still a good idea to keep scanning for malware just to be safe.

It sounds like it could’ve just been a glitch after the drive scan—computers can be funny like that sometimes. If everything's running normal now, it might not be something to stress over. Just keep up with your malware scans and maybe consider checking your system for any updates or runs a system file check to be extra safe.
