My PC Won’t Boot—Any Troubleshooting Tips?

Hey everyone! I've been using my custom-built PC for about 4 years with no issues, but yesterday I turned it on and nothing happened—no boot at all. Instead, I see a red DRAM light on my Gigabyte X570 Pro motherboard. The power seems fine since all the fans and RGB lights are on.

I've tried a few things already: I checked both RAM sticks in every slot but no luck. I also reset and changed the CMOS, but that didn't help. I attempted to update the BIOS using the Qflash Plus feature, but that wouldn't even start. I'm starting to think the RAM controller on the motherboard might be faulty, as it's hard to believe both RAM sticks would fail at once.

Today, I got a new motherboard and set it all up again, but I'm facing the same issue! This is really puzzling for me since everything was running smoothly before. I'm now wondering if the power supply isn't providing enough voltage to the motherboard? Any suggestions on what to check next would be super appreciated!

My PC specs are: R9 5900x, EVGA FTW3 3080, and 16GB of Crucial Ballistix DDR4 3600. Thanks for any help!

Honestly, it sounds like your power supply might have crapped out on you. That could prevent the motherboard from getting enough power to boot up. If you have a spare PSU lying around, it might be worth testing.
