My PC Won’t Boot into Windows, What Should I Do?

I recently moved and set up my PC again, but now I'm facing some issues. Initially, it got stuck on the DRAM LED. I reseated the RAM, but it still wouldn't boot. After that, I reseated the GPU, and surprisingly, it turned on fine. However, when I try to enter Windows, the monitor just doesn't display anything. I restarted the PC and checked the BIOS, and all seems well with the RAM and boot device. But every time it attempts to boot into Windows, I face the same problem. Here are my specs: Intel i5-10400F, ASUS TUF B550M, Kingston HyperX 3200MHz RAM, a 256GB M.2 drive, Sapphire Nitro RX580 8GB, and a 650W Bronze PSU. Any suggestions?

You might want to try reseating your M.2 drive. Sometimes a loose connection can cause boot issues like this.

I haven't tried reseating the M.2 yet because I was confused about how it turned on after the GPU reseat, especially since I didn't plug in the power pin at first.

Did you happen to have a heavy CPU cooler when you moved? Sometimes, that can cause issues during transport.

No, I just used a cheap brand tower cooler. I was surprised the PC even turned on since I accidentally left the power pin unplugged after reseating the GPU.
