I've been dealing with a frustrating issue where my PC won't turn on. I built this computer a couple of years ago and upgraded the GPU from a 1080ti to a 3060ti after the original GPU failed. A couple of weeks ago, after gaming and powering down, I tried to turn it on the next morning, and it wouldn't boot. I've replaced the RAM, PSU, GPU, and motherboard, but I haven't touched the CPU or CPU cooler. I'd appreciate any guidance on what might be wrong. For context, when I connect the PSU and switch it on, the motherboard lights up briefly before shutting off completely. My specs include an ASRock Z370 Extreme4 motherboard, an i7-8700K CPU, and a 3060ti GPU, which has been running fine for about two years.

Sorry to hear about your troubles! Since you’ve replaced most components, it sounds like the CPU could be the culprit. Just to confirm, did you use the new PSU's cables when you installed it? Sometimes old cables can cause issues even if the PSU is new.
Your motherboard is getting pretty old, too. Have you thought about testing the PSU with a cheap tester to rule it out? If the new motherboard doesn't boot and displays error codes, those can help indicate if it's a CPU issue, RAM, or something else completely. Sometimes even new PSUs can be DOA, believe it or not.
Are you using an AIO cooler for your CPU? I’ve had similar situations where the cooling system can contribute to power issues if it's malfunctioning.
Yes, I’m using an older Kraken NZXT cooler.

Thanks for the insight! I did change the PSU cables, but it seems like the CPU might be the issue, right?
