I accidentally bumped into my PC, and now it won't turn on properly. The display is off, but the RGB lights are still on. I've already tried reseating the GPU, reinstalling the RAM, and resetting the CMOS battery. What else can I try, or should I just take it to a repair shop?

First, make sure the power button connector is properly attached to the motherboard. Sometimes, a bump can knock that connector loose. Also, are you seeing any other signs of life, like fans spinning or beeps?
It sounds like there might be a loose connection somewhere in the power supply. The bump could have dislodged something. Check all the cables and make sure everything is secured tight.
Have you checked if it stays powered on for a few moments? Sometimes after clearing the CMOS, it can take a while to boot up—like 5 to 10 minutes or even longer. Just keep an eye on it.
