I've had my PC for a while without any issues, but after moving it to another house and then bringing it back, it won't turn on. The RAM lights are on, but that's about it. I'm feeling a bit lost here, so any help would be appreciated! Also, I realized that when I was checking the cables, I removed the GPU and forgot to plug it back in. It powered on when the GPU wasn't connected, but when I tried with the GPU plugged in, it wouldn't start at all.

You should check whether all your cables are properly connected. Make sure your monitor is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard. It could also help to try different RAM slots or double-check the power cables to the motherboard and CPU to make sure they're seated correctly. If you can, post a picture of your motherboard setup for better advice!
First things first, check all the power connections on your motherboard to ensure they're firmly plugged in. Sometimes cables can get a bit loose during a move, and that could prevent it from turning on.
I haven't messed with the internal wiring since moving, just switched the RAM sticks. The RAM is the only thing that seems to have any power. I posted a photo on my profile!
