My PC Won’t Turn On – Help Needed!

I'm in the process of building my own PC by closely following the setup my friend has. But I've run into a problem: my system won't power on, despite everything being hooked up correctly. Here are the specs I'm working with: Antec Performance 1 FT case, MSI Ventus GeForce RTX 4060 GPU, Intel Core i7-12700KF CPU, EVGA SuperNOVA 850 GT PSU, 32GB Team T-Force Vulcan RAM, and an MSI B760 GAMING PLUS WIFI LGA 1700 motherboard.

As for my cable setup: I've connected the CPU power cable from the PSU to the motherboard CPU PWR1, a 3-slot cooler cable to CPU fan 1, a 4-slot cooler cable to pump fan 1, two 4-slot cables for system fans 1 and 2, the motherboard power cable to the motherboard ATX PWR1, unmarked cables to JUSB1 and JUSB2, a SATA cable to SATA 7 or 8, F panel to JFP1, USB cable to JUSB3, HD audio to JAUD1, and the VGA cable from the PSU to the GPU.
I'm really stuck, and any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Another tip: try removing the JFP1 cable and bridging the two power pins on the motherboard directly to bypass the case’s power switch. If that doesn’t work, unplug everything except for the CPU coolers and the pump, and give it another go!

Make sure your front panel connectors are correctly placed on JFP1. The power button cables need to be on the right pins; otherwise, it won’t boot up.

What do you mean by front panel connectors? I have the F panel cable connected to JFP1 on the bottom right of the motherboard.

Try taking everything out of the case and rebuild it on a non-static surface—like your motherboard box. Keep it as basic as possible with just one stick of RAM, and you can leave out the drives for now. Double-check the CPU seating and cmos battery too!
By the way, what does 'my friend has in his save for the power supply' mean? Not quite sure what you’re referring to there.

Are you getting any power at all? If you see any lights flickering or any fan movement, check the motherboard's debug light to help diagnose the issue.
If there’s nothing, make sure your power supply is switched to ‘on’ instead of ‘off’—I know it sounds silly, but I've been there!

No power at all, and the PSU is definitely set to ‘on’.
