My PC’s Games Are Lagging After a Motherboard Swap—What Can I Do?

I recently had to replace my computer's motherboard because it wouldn't turn on. A specialist installed a similar one, but now I'm experiencing lag in my games. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? For reference, I have a Yeyian Yumi Gaming PC Desktop with an Intel Core i5 12400F, Nvidia RTX 4060, 1TB NVMe SSD, 16GB DDR4 3200, and a 650W Gold PSU running Windows 11. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

First off, can you share your full specs? Also, did you remember to turn on XMP after the motherboard installation? That could really improve performance!

I think my specs are:
Yeyian Yumi Gaming PC Desktop, INTEL Core i5 12400F, Nvidia RTX 4060, 1TB NVMe SSD, 16GB DDR4 3200, 650W Gold PSU, AC Wi-Fi, Windows 11 64bit. And I haven't turned on XMP yet—I will after I hook it back up!
