I'm currently using an R5 3600 and I'm really struggling with just 30FPS in Warzone. I've been thinking about upgrading to an R7 5700X3D paired with an RTX 3060. Will this upgrade help my situation, or is there something else causing my low framerate?

If you're stuck at 30FPS even on high settings with an RTX 3060, there might be something else going on with your setup. I was able to run Warzone smoothly at 3440x1440p with an R5 3600 and a 3060 Ti. You might want to check out this thread about a similar issue, although make sure your PCI lanes are good, too.
Upgrading to the R7 5700X3D sounds like a solid move, especially since Warzone is pretty CPU-heavy. You'll likely still see some GPU limitations with the 3060, but overall, it should definitely improve your performance. Just keep in mind that some bottlenecking is normal in any setup.

I checked that thread, but my PCI lanes were all fine.
