I've been having trouble with the wifi on my Samsung Galaxy S20. It just stopped working, even though everything is fine on my laptop. I've already tried restarting both my phone and the router. Does anyone know if there's an app or a trick that can fix network issues?

Have you tried doing a forced shutdown? It's kind of like when you pull the battery out of older phones. You do this by holding down the power button and volume down button together for about 10-15 seconds. You should feel a vibration to confirm it's turned off.
Since your wifi works fine on other devices, it seems like the issue is probably with your phone. Try forgetting the wifi network on your phone and then reconnecting. If that still doesn't solve the problem, you might want to reset the network settings in the phone's settings menu. This usually helps clear up strange wifi issues without needing extra apps.
Is it just your home wifi that's causing problems? Have you tried connecting to any other networks? If you can't get it to work on any network at all, there might be a problem with the phone itself. Since you've already forgotten the network and reset the settings, your last option could be a factory reset. Don't forget to back up all your data, as it will erase everything. If the reset doesn't help, there could be a hardware issue.
