I just started building my PC and installed the motherboard, CPU, fans, and a fan controller. The GPU and RAM are still on the way. When I powered it on to check if the fans were working correctly, I noticed that my PSU (an MSI MAG A750GL) was making a weird, rapid clicking noise that was pretty inconsistent. Is this something that usually happens, or should I go ahead and RMA it? I've already put in an RMA with Amazon just in case, but I'm not sure if I should cancel it or not. Thanks!

It’s not uncommon for PSUs to make some clicking sounds when you first turn them on or off due to the relay working. However, if the clicking is continuous while the system is running, that’s a different story. If you’ve checked and confirmed it’s not the fans causing the noise, it’s likely best to go ahead and RMA it for peace of mind.
That’s what I thought too. It was super disappointing to hear that sound when I first turned it on.
