My Razer Keyboard Suddenly Stopped Working on PC but Works on Other Devices

Hey everyone, I'm facing a strange issue with my Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard. I was using it when, out of nowhere, it just stopped responding. The lights are still on, but I can't type anything. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, and I've even restarted my PC, but it doesn't work at all now. The keyboard doesn't even light up when the PC starts.

I tested all my USB ports, and they work perfectly with other devices, so it's not the ports causing the issue. Here's the odd part: when I connect the keyboard to my laptop, it works just fine. I've checked the device manager and used the Synapse app, but the keyboard isn't detected at all. I also attempted a reset with the ESC + Caps + Space keys. Lastly, I tried accessing the BIOS, but the keyboard is not recognized there either. I'm stumped and unsure what's causing this. Could it be an issue with my motherboard, or might a Windows update have messed things up? Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

Have you checked the Device Manager with the keyboard unplugged? When you plug it back in, does Device Manager refresh? That might give you a clue if it’s recognizing the device at all.

I just tried that, and interestingly enough, the keyboard lit up! But it still doesn’t register any key presses.
