My Replacement GPU Isn’t Displaying Anything, Help!

I replaced my graphics card because the old one failed, but now the new card, which is an exact match, isn't providing any display. It's baffling because the integrated graphics aren't working either when I connect the new card. My PC boots up, but there's just no display. The fans on the GPU are running, but I'm at a loss for what's wrong. Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips?

This situation sounds so frustrating! You might find some useful insights on gputiful regarding your setup issues. If the fans are spinning, it means the card is getting power, but there could still be other underlying problems.

Have you tried removing the new GPU and seeing if the integrated graphics work then? Sometimes, that can help narrow down the issue. Also, do you happen to have a list of your PC parts? That might help others diagnose the problem better.

Yeah, the integrated graphics work when the card is out. The new GPU is a Sapphire Nitro R9, but I don't have a complete parts list.

It’s possible that your replacement GPU is also faulty since the old one died. That’s a real bummer, but it could be something like a bad PCIe slot or a power issue. Have you checked if the power connections are solid?
