I've been having issues with my S10e, which I bought used over a year ago. Recently, it keeps freezing up and then restarts itself. After restarting, it gets stuck on the loading screen for a while before it finally turns back on. This happened every night for about a week, but now it's more random. I'm really worried about losing my data and photos, especially since something similar happened to my mom's old iPods. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Is there a way to prevent it, and how can I make sure I don't lose anything important?

It sounds like it could be related to liquid damage or overheating. Have you ever accidentally gotten it wet or used it in a really steamy bathroom? Sometimes moisture can cause hardware errors that lead to issues like that.
It could be a sign that your battery is dying. If it holds a charge without being plugged in, that's a good sign, but you might want to consider getting the battery replaced or even looking into a new phone if it continues to give you trouble.
Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely look into that.
That’s strange! I have the same model, and mine works fine. Not sure what’s wrong, but maybe you might want to reach out to customer support for more help.
Thanks! Is there a way to get in touch with them directly?
I have had a few tiny drops of water on it, and the charge port had some moisture once, but that’s all dried up now. I don’t really take it in the shower with me either, just keep it nearby. I think it’s fine.
