My Samsung S10e Keeps Freezing and Restarting – What’s Wrong?

I've been experiencing issues with my S10e, which I've had for over a year. It keeps freezing and restarting on its own, often getting stuck on the loading screen for quite a while before resetting. It used to happen every night for about a week, but now it's just happening randomly. I'm really concerned it might crash completely, and I could lose important data and photos. Has anyone faced similar issues? What could be causing this and how can I prevent it?

It sounds like it could be related to water damage or overheating. Have you ever accidentally gotten it wet or used it in a steamy environment? Sometimes that can lead to hardware issues that cause reboots.

I have had some accidental drops of water on it, and the charging port had water in it once, but that's all dried now. I don't think that's the problem since I keep it away from steam and the beach.

I also use the S10e, but I haven’t faced any similar problems. Maybe it’s worth getting in touch with the manufacturer for support? They might have better insights.

Thanks! Do you know how I can contact them?

It could be a sign that your battery is failing. If it’s not constantly needing to be charged, that might be a good indication it's still somewhat functional. You can consider getting the battery replaced if that's the case.

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely look into a battery replacement.
