My son is trying to build a PC, and after he opened and closed the BIOS, the USB stopped working and the monitor is showing no signal. Here are the specs of the build: CPU is a Ryzen 7 7800x3d, GPU is a Radeon 9070, RAM is Corsair Vengeance 6000MHz, M.2 is a WD Black SN770, motherboard is a Gigabyte B650M Gaming Plus, and the PSU is a Thermaltake Toughpower GF1, all housed in a Montech Air 100 case. We're really stuck right now, and any help would be greatly appreciated!

First, try this: unplug the power, hold the power button to discharge the capacitors, and then clear the CMOS. If that doesn't work, consider making a BIOS ban for your son!
When you say he opened and closed the BIOS, did he change any settings? That could be a factor. But checking those settings might be helpful to fix the USB issue.
It could be memory training. Just give it some time and let it complete.
Any idea how long this memory training usually takes?
We finally got signs of life! Waiting for the memory training to finish, and it looks like your suggestions have helped us get on the right track. Thank you!!!
Does he have an operating system installed? If not, that's probably why the USB isn't functioning properly, as he might be trying to boot from it without necessary setup.
No, that's exactly what he's attempting to accomplish with the USB.
He mentioned he turned on 'X' and 'P' options, which could be related to USB functionalities.
