I've been dealing with a frustrating Wi-Fi issue for over a week now. One moment I was happily playing Roblox with my friends on Discord, and then out of nowhere, everything just went offline. It's usually only a day or so of this kind of problem here in Ukraine, but this time it's been way longer. I keep getting messages like "Connected, secured," which feels like a betrayal because there's no actual internet, or "No internet, secured," which is just plain true. I've reset my laptop and my router multiple times, but nothing works. Oddly, this problem seems to only affect my laptop—my phone and other devices connect just fine. I ran a troubleshooter, and it mentioned something about a DNS cache issue, but I don't really know what that means. Any help would be appreciated!

What kind of laptop are you using? Details can help diagnose the problem better!
Have you tried unplugging your router completely, waiting for about 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in? It sounds simple, but sometimes that helps.
I’ve done that like a million times! Even gave it a little kiss for luck, but no joy.
You might want to try resetting the DNS cache. Open CMD and type 'ipconfig /flushdns'. It can solve some connectivity issues.
I read about that and gave it a shot, but unfortunately, it didn’t change anything.
It could also be an issue with unstable power supply to the router or your laptop. Make sure everything has a steady power source. Also, contacting your ISP to check their service could be a good move if the issue persists.
Thanks, I’ll definitely check that out!
It’s possible it’s not just the Wi-Fi but also your internet connection. Maybe check with your ISP to see if they’re having any outages in your area? That could clarify things for you.
Yeah, I’m trying to figure out if it's my internet or the Wi-Fi itself. Thanks for the suggestion!
I’ve got an MSI Thin 15 12UC.
