My Windows 11 Laptop is Stuck in a Boot Loop – Help!

I recently got a new Asus ROG Strix G615LR laptop that runs on Windows 11, and I've been facing a pretty frustrating issue. My laptop freezes several times throughout the day, which forced me to restart it often. I suspected that the pre-installed Armoury Crate software was the culprit, so I uninstalled it, hoping to resolve the freezing. Unfortunately, that triggered another crash, and now I can't get past a boot loop.

Each time I start up, I get a black screen that just says "Please wait" for about 10 minutes. After that, another black screen pops up telling me, "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart," with a stop code of VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR (0x113).

I attempted to create a bootable USB for Windows 11 to fix things, but when I try to boot from it, I end up with a blue screen saying, "Recovery. Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. Error code: 0x0000102."

I'm at my wit's end here! Can anyone lend a hand?

You should try accessing the recovery environment through your bootable USB. On some occasions, it might just be a matter of getting the right option selected in the boot menu. If the USB doesn’t work, try creating it again or use a different USB drive. Once you're able to access the recovery options, look for 'Repair your computer' rather than reinstalling Windows to see if that handles your issues.

If you're not able to perform a clean install directly from the USB because it leads to that blue screen, a workaround is to disable secure boot in your BIOS settings. Sometimes that can help you get past those recovery errors. Just remember to be cautious when changing BIOS settings, as it could affect your system.

Before diving into repairs, make sure to back up your data if you can. Since you're stuck in a boot loop, it might be tricky. If you manage to get into Safe Mode, you can try retrieving important files from there. Also, check if you have the option to reset your PC from the recovery menu. It could help to refresh Windows without losing all your data.
