I'm looking for advice on a temporary GPU replacement for my son's computer. His current graphics card, a 6700XT, has failed, and we have a tight budget. I'm considering a GPU I found that might work until we can upgrade to something better at the end of the year. Here's his current setup:

- AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7GHz
- ASUS B650E-E TUF Gaming WiFi AM5
- G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB DDR5

Any suggestions or feedback on the GPU linked would be greatly appreciated!

If you're looking for a good budget option, you might want to consider a 16GB GPU. I found a refurbished RX 9060 XT for $299, which could be a solid choice. A new one is around $379. Either way, it should hold up well for your son's needs!

Just keep in mind that GPU prices can shift a lot, even within a single day. It’s tough to predict what will be available in ten months. But for now, it might be better to grab something like the 5060 Ti as a placeholder until you can get a more permanent solution later.

Thanks for the heads up! I appreciate the insight on the pricing fluctuations.
