Need Advice for My First PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm gearing up to build my first PC on a budget, aiming for something low-key with no RGB lights. I'm planning to use it for gaming, streaming, and recording gameplay. Here's what I have so far:

- **Case:** Looking for a basic ATX or mATX case that has good airflow and decent fan installation. Any recommendations?
- **Motherboard:** I'm considering a B650 motherboard since I want to use an AM5 processor and DDR5 RAM. Thoughts?
- **CPU:** I'm thinking of going with the Ryzen 5 7600F since it doesn't have integrated graphics.
- **GPU:** I'd like to get an RTX 4060 8GB. I know the 3060 12GB is an option, but I'm leaning towards the 4060 because it's newer and has a lower TDP, which might save money in the long run.
- **RAM:** Planning for 16GB (2x8GB kits), hoping that would be enough.
- **Storage:** I'm considering a single 512GB NVMe SSD, but I'd love to hear if that's ample for my needs since I generally don't store many games.
- **PSU:** Not sure about the power supply. Would a 600W Bronze rating suffice?

Thanks for any guidance you can offer!

For a budget build, you might want to consider the B850 motherboard for better compatibility and features. About the storage, I’d recommend at least a 1TB NVMe SSD since games can take up quite a bit of space nowadays. For RAM, 16GB (2x8GB kit) would be a safer bet, especially if you leave apps like Chrome running.

Totally agree! It’s always nice to have a little extra space on your SSD for future games or updates. Plus, 16GB of RAM can make a big difference in multitasking.

Your parts list looks decent for a budget build, but 512GB SSD might fill up quickly. If you can stretch your budget, a 1TB option would give you more room for your games. As for the PSU, a 600W Bronze should be just fine for this setup!

Yeah, I had a similar setup, and I wish I'd gone for 1TB from the start. Storage can fill up fast with modern titles.
