Need Advice on Upgrading My CPU for Gaming

I'm planning to upgrade my gaming setup, but I've hit a snag with the CPU. Currently, I have an RX 580, a Ryzen 5 3600, 32GB of RAM, and an AM4 motherboard. I've found a great deal on a Sapphire RX 9060 XT 16GB, which I'm likely to purchase. However, I'm struggling to find a good CPU. I really want either a Ryzen 7 5700 or a 5800 X3D, but they're consistently out of stock everywhere in my country. The only places selling them are AliExpress and eBay, and I'm hesitant to buy from those due to trust issues. I want to play upcoming games like Arc Raiders, BF6, Tarkov, RE9, and GTA next year, so it's crucial for me to upgrade. Should I just hold onto my current CPU a little longer? I've heard switching from AM4 to AM5 is a bad idea, but I'm uncertain if there's a worthy AM4 upgrade. What should I do?

Honestly, you're probably going to be looking at used CPUs since the 5000 series is officially out of production now. As for the AM5 switch, I've heard mixed things. What's made you think it's a bad idea?

You don't necessarily need a 5800 X3D! The 5800X is a solid choice for running games like Tarkov. The performance gain from the X3D is just a small bump, maybe around 10% in some games. You might actually hit a GPU bottleneck in BF6 with the RX 9060 XT at full HD, so just keep that in mind.

How could I possibly bottleneck with the RX 9060 XT? I've checked the benchmarks, and it seems to run great for others.
