I'm looking to upgrade my current AM4 build and would love some feedback. Please avoid suggesting AM5 since upgrading to a new motherboard and DDR5 RAM would cost about $600 more, which isn't in my budget right now.
Here's my old setup:
- Ryzen 5 3600
- RTX 2060 6GB
- DDR4 2x16GB
- 2TB M.2
For my new build, I have already selected a new case and GPU, and I've purchased the CPU and PSU earlier this year, so those are just sitting in a box waiting to be installed. I'm hoping to hear if anyone has other recommendations or thoughts on my choices. Thanks in advance!
To sum it up, do you think my new build with the listed components will work well?

It looks like there was a mistake with your PCPartPicker link. Make sure to create a proper permalink, or you can use a table format to share your parts. Check some guides online to get this right!
Everything seems good on your end, but you might want to consider the 5700X instead of the 5800X if you can find it cheaper. They perform similarly, so it could save you some cash!
I saw someone mention the 5800XT, but just to clarify, there isn't actually a 5800XT. However, if you’ve already bought the 5800X, it’s probably not worth shipping it back for a minor upgrade. Stick with your 5800X, especially if you got it for a decent price!
