Hi all! I'm diving into desktop building for the first time after using gaming laptops, and I'd appreciate your advice on the parts I've selected. Here's what I have:

- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B850Aorus Elite Wifi 7
- **Processor**: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- **GPU**: Zotac Amp extreme infinity 5070ti
- **Cooler**: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB
- **Case**: NZXT H5 FLOW RGB Compact ATX Mid-Tower Airflow Case with RGB Fans - Black
- **PSU**: Corsair RM 850W Shift Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
- **SSD**: Lexar NM790 2tb
- **RAM**: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB 2x16gb 6000mhz CL 32

If anything needs changing or improving, let me know! Just so you know, this build cost me about $2900 USD. Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Just a heads up, that case might get a bit cramped if you decide to switch to an AIO cooler down the line. If you're open to it and willing to lose some RGB, the NZXT H6 is on sale for $80, and it has better airflow and more space. Also, definitely check out forums for any known issues with the Gigabyte motherboard and the 9800X3D.

Yeah, a friend suggested giving up some RGB too, but since it’s my first build, I thought I’d go all out on the aesthetic! I’ll search for any known issues. The only thing I’ve heard is that ASRock boards might fry the 9800X3D, so I’m avoiding those. No plans for an AIO anytime soon anyway.

You might want to consider switching to CL 30 RAM if you can find it. It’ll provide better performance, although it can be hard to find at a good price right now. Your current RAM is decent though, so you should be fine for most tasks.

I've been looking for CL30 RAM but it seems like all the affordable options are out of stock. This was the closest I could find! I'll keep looking around.
