Need Help Accessing My New MacBook

I just got my new MacBook, set it up, and now I'm stuck at the login screen because my password isn't working. I've attempted to reset it using my phone, but no luck. I can't restart the laptop or connect an external keyboard since it only has USB-C ports. What can I do to get into my laptop?
