Need Help Building a Fast New PC for Trading and Gaming

Hey folks! I've been out of the tech scene for a bit and want to build a new PC that can handle trading and gaming efficiently. I'm aiming for something super snappy, able to run multiple applications at once without breaking a sweat, and I'd like to keep the budget under £3,000. I've been considering the Ryzen 9 - 9950x3D processor, but I'm wondering if that's overkill for my needs. I currently have an Alienware laptop that's been slowing down over the years, so I'm excited to make a solid upgrade.

For your use case, I think the Ryzen 9950x3D might be a bit over the top. The Ryzen 9800x3D is more than enough for gaming and trading, and anything from AMD that's a 7600 and up will do just fine! For RAM, you just need 32GB of Cl30 6000. For your GPU, consider the 5070 ti or the 9070 xt; they’re solid choices. If you want a little extra power, the 5080 is an option, but it's pricier. Also, I’d recommend getting a 1000w PSU for future upgrades. You shouldn’t need to spend your whole budget to get an awesome machine!

Got it! I definitely need to run multiple browsers and screens. Will that affect the performance too much?
