Hey everyone! I'm looking to get back into PC building and gaming after being away for a while. I'm planning to build a gaming rig and could really use your expertise. Here are the details:
- **Budget:** 5000CHF (which is about 6200 USD or 5400€)
- **Primary Use:** Gaming only
- **Location to Purchase:** Switzerland
- **Preferred GPU:** RTX 5090
I'd love to get the absolute best parts without any major compromises, if possible. Since I haven't been following the market lately, I'm unsure if this budget is feasible for what I'm aiming for. Appreciate any help you can give! Thanks!

You might want to try using PCPartPicker to get a good handle on pricing. Also, consider importing components from Germany if it's cheaper.
Honestly, now might not be the best time to build a PC. Prices for RAM and NAND are on the high side right now, and it’s tough to find good deals. If you can wait, things might get better soon. Just to give you a reference, I recently saw a similar build that landed right on budget in the UK, but a lot of the parts are marked up quite a bit.
I hear you! I’ve been keeping an eye on prices too. Also, for what it’s worth, I lean towards MSI products. They usually deliver well, especially in gaming rigs. And if you go with an AIO cooler, you won’t have to stress about fans as much.
Thanks! I can’t wait too long, so I’ll just work with what I can right now.

Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely check that out.
