Need Help Choosing a CPU and Motherboard for My New Build

Hey everyone! I'm gearing up for a new PC build and I'm feeling pretty confident about most components since I built my first PC about 5 and a half years ago. However, I'm a bit lost when it comes to selecting a CPU and motherboard that balance performance and value for money. I'm considering getting a 7800XT for the graphics card, which seems to be a solid mid-range choice, along with 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD. Currently, I'm using a Ryzen 5 2600 with a Wraith Stealth cooler and a B450M Plus micro ATX motherboard, but I'd love some recommendations on what CPU, cooler, and motherboard to go for this time around. Thanks a lot for any tips! 😊

What's your budget like? I'd recommend looking into a Ryzen 9600X paired with a B850 motherboard; that combo is great for performance and should fit within your price range.

Thanks for the suggestion! My budget is around £1000, but I can go up to £1250 if it's worth it for better performance. I'll check out prices for that setup!
