Hey everyone! I'm new to building PCs and I want to surprise a friend with a graphics card as a gift. The thing is, I don't know their PC specs or needs. Would it be necessary to know these details before buying? They currently have an older GPU, something like the NVIDIA RTX 4070, and I'm thinking about upgrading it to the 50XX series.
