Hey everyone! I'm super excited to finally be building my first PC! I've always been a fan of NVIDIA because it tends to work well for me, but I've heard some mixed things about AMD drivers. My budget is around €2500, and my current build totals about €2261. I'm stuck on whether to switch my GPU from the RX 9070 XT to the RTX 5070 Ti. The best I can find for the 5070 Ti is an Asus Prime model for about €1000, which is an additional €200. I'd love your thoughts on whether I should make the switch, and I'd appreciate any feedback on my other components! Thanks a lot, and sorry if this is a bit of a jumble!

I posted an image of my build details, and it seems like a strong setup overall. Just to highlight it:
- GPU: RX 9070 XT (Powercolor Red Devil)
- CPU: Ryzen 9800X3D
- MOBO: Asus TUF B650-plus
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x16 GB 6000 MHz DDR5
- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120
- SSDs: Two Crucial P3s (2TB & 1TB)
- PSU: Asus Strix 1000w Gold
- Case: Fractal Design North Black
I think you’re on the right path!
That build looks awesome! I’m a bit biased since I’m all about Nvidia myself, but if you're leaning towards the 5070 Ti, it could be worth it for you—especially if you're interested in ray tracing and DLSS. Just keep an eye out for deals on the higher-end models like MSI or ASUS because those can really enhance your gaming experience!
Honestly, I think you should stick with the RX 9070 XT. These days, AMD drivers are pretty stable, and there have been some complaints about NVIDIA drivers lately. Also, the 9070 XT is a solid choice for performance!
Thanks! I want to get an Nvidia GPU too, but right now, the prices are a bit crazy. The cheapest 5070 Ti is still around €950, and it’s the more basic brands. If I want a better brand, it's at least €1000!
