Your build looks solid for the most part! It should definitely handle the games you mentioned quite well for a couple of years. Plus, you'll have some cash left over for accessories like a mouse or keyboard, which you could easily get for under $150. Just keep in mind that the headset might cost more. Enjoy gaming!
