I've been using an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58-525P for gaming, but I originally went for a low-end model and really regret it now. It's been ages since I upgraded RAM, so I want to make sure I'm choosing the right one this time. My laptop has an Intel Core i5-12500H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU, and it currently has 8GB of DDR4 RAM. I'm planning to buy two sticks of CORSAIR Vengeance SODIMM DDR4 RAM, with each stick being 16GB at 3200MHz. Is this a good choice?

You might want to check your current RAM first using HWInfo. If your laptop has two slots, consider getting 2x8GB instead of just one 16GB stick to ensure better performance. That way, you can take advantage of dual-channel memory.
I did a scan with HWInfo and it shows I have 8GB DDR4 SDRAM. I'm leaning towards maxing out at 32GB, but I've heard PNY is the only brand matching my specs for an 8GB stick. Not sure about their quality though.
