I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and could really use some help! I accidentally stepped on my iPad Pro 6th gen (12.9 inch) that I got just a few months ago, and now the screen is cracked, the casing is slightly bent, and while it's still responsive, the display is mostly black. I've been trying to figure out how to contact Apple Support because the app on my boyfriend's iPad is saying that chat support isn't available. Does anyone know the best way to reach them? Also, I'm curious about the costs for fixing the iPad—I've seen something about AppleCare+ that looks affordable, but I'm not sure if it would cover my already damaged device. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

You only have 60 days from the purchase to add AppleCare+, so if you bought it a few months ago, you might be out of luck. For getting in touch with Apple, you can visit their website and log in with your Apple ID to select your device for support. Just a heads up, fixing a bent iPad can be really pricey, especially if there are potential micro-cracks in the motherboard as well. It might be a good idea to consider all your options before deciding on a repair.
If you're in the US, you can call Apple Support at 1-800-275-2273. They’re available from 9am to 8pm Central time. Just keep in mind, after business hours, they won't be able to take calls.
Cool, thank you!
Chat support might vary depending on your location. If you can't access chat, you can also try emailing or calling Apple support directly. They should be able to help you out.
I was originally looking for an email for them and couldn't really find anything 🙁
Ugh that sucks. I figured it wasn't gonna be cheap, I was trying to find a way to make it a little less. Thank you tho!
