Need Help: High CPU Temperatures After Motherboard Change

I'm struggling with excessively high CPU temperatures after recently swapping my motherboard for the same model, just in white to match my build. Before the change, my CPU would idle between 27-40°C and hit around 65-75°C during gaming. Now, idle temps sit around 50-60°C and performing the simplest tasks can push them up to 70-75°C. Activities like watching YouTube or even opening a program can spike my CPU temperature significantly, and gaming can lead to temps reaching 90-100°C, which results in thermal throttling. I'm at a loss here since I've tried everything from replacing thermal paste to reseating my AIO cooler. Below are the specs of my build, and I'd really appreciate any suggestions or thoughts on this issue!

It sounds like you've done a ton of troubleshooting already! One thing to consider is that different motherboards can report temperatures differently in the BIOS. It might be worth checking the CPU temperature with a reliable third-party monitoring tool to see if the readings align with what your motherboard is showing. Just make sure it's actually affecting performance, otherwise it might just be a reporting issue.

That's true! But unfortunately, it has impacted performance. I've experienced game crashes and thermal throttling. Plus, the fan speeds are unpredictable, which gets pretty noisy.
